TOTW - An Important Stretch for All of You Desk Jockeys

Out of all of the clients I've had over the years, 98% of them had one issue in common, and that is tight pectoral or chest muscles. We spend a lot of time with our arms in front of us, whether it is working on a computer, writing, performing mechanical labor, you name it. When we do that, we develop tight pecs, which over time can cause our shoulders to round forward. This week Dr. K offers up two quick stretches that you can do to help relieve this situation.
