TOTW - Write it Down, and Write it Off
One of the simplest techniques for losing weight and a great first step is to start writing down everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you eat in a Food Journal. Doesn't need to be anything fancy, just something you can keep handy throughout the day. When you do this, you'll really begin to understand what you're putting in your mouth every day, and where you can begin to make changes.
