Bootcamp Workout Instructions
So how do these bootcamp routines work? Well, it is pretty simple. Start off by performing the bodyweight warmup. Then you will do three circuits of the bootcamp routine, with a two-minute break between circuits. At the end, perform some light stretching to cool down and let your heart rate come back down a bit.
